The rapper 50 Cent was taken to Queens hospital where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. The rapper was involved in a car crash early this morning, where his SUV collided with a mack truck.
According to ThisIs50.com:
“it occurred on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, when a red mack truck rear-ended 50′s ride. Causing the rappers SUV to almost flip over.”
50 has since been released from the hospital and is said to be doing fine.

50 Cent Hospitalized Following Car Crash
The rapper 50 Cent was taken to Queens hospital where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. The rapper was involved in a car crash early this morning, where his SUV collided with a mack truck.
